Razanandrongobe, "Razana" for friends. I've used as a reference a virtual copy of the original fossil. A recent research has confirmed its biological affinities, it's definitely not a dinosaur. Razana is the oldest and largest notosuchian ever discovered, an animal closely related to crocodiles. It's fragmentary, but still very informative and unique.
